Is there a minimum army size?
There is no universal model-count minimum. Very small groups may be treated as a normal unit commission, while larger forces benefit most from batch planning and a repeatable standard.
Can I approve a test model before the full batch?
For suitable projects, yes. The test model establishes palette, contrast, basing and detail level before the same recipe is applied to the agreed batch.
Can characters use a higher tier than troops?
Yes. Mixed-tier planning is encouraged when it supports army hierarchy. Leaders and centrepieces can receive more time while units retain a clean shared identity.
Can an army be produced or shipped in phases?
Yes, when batch boundaries, payment stages and additional shipping implications are confirmed in the quote. Phasing can make large projects easier to review and budget.
Does the quote include model kits?
The written quote states exactly which kits are included. Catalogue samples marked as kit included include the matching official model during the current offer.
How long does a complete army take?
Timing depends on inventory, tier mix, assembly, sourcing and the active queue. We provide a project estimate and phase plan after reviewing the complete list.
How do you keep colours consistent across many models?
We use an approved reference, repeatable paint recipes and controlled production groups. Hand-painted variation remains natural, but the army shares the same palette and basing language.
