Yes, after we confirm their condition, assembly, missing parts, customs declaration and transit responsibility. Please do not ship models before receiving confirmation.
Yes. Units can use a consistent army-ready treatment while focal characters receive additional face, weapon, freehand, lighting or basing work.
They can be included when the parts, fit and intellectual-property considerations are confirmed in the brief. Assembly, gap filling and structural work may change the quote.
Catalogue prices explicitly marked as kit included cover the corresponding official kit during the current offer. Different kits, conversions or specifications are quoted separately.

Models are photographed before packing, protected with model-appropriate supports and shipped with tracking where available. Oversized or especially fragile pieces may require a separately quoted packing method.
