Why is the studio location in China stated clearly?
Cross-border clients should know where sourcing, production and dispatch take place before paying. The written quote sets out the project scope, commercial terms and delivery assumptions.
How do we communicate during the project?
The inquiry begins with a written brief and quote. WIP images and questions are shared at agreed checkpoints so decisions are documented before final approval.
Do catalogue prices include official kits?
Catalogue prices explicitly marked as kit included cover the matching official kit during the current offer. Custom kits, conversions and different specifications are quoted separately.
How does the 40% deposit work?
A 40% deposit normally starts sourcing and scheduling after the quote is accepted. The remaining payment is handled according to the written quote and final approval stage.
Can I request changes during WIP review?
Projects normally include up to three revision conversations within the approved direction. Replacing the model, reversing the whole scheme or adding major conversions requires a revised scope.
Who pays customs and import charges?
The recipient pays destination duty, import tax, VAT and clearance charges unless the written quote explicitly says otherwise.
What evidence do I receive before delivery?
We provide final photographs or video for approval, record the finished condition and then share tracked shipment details where the selected carrier supports tracking.
