Six Clear Stages
Every stage has a visible outcome
The route keeps what you provide and what the studio confirms on the same line—especially useful for an international commission.
Choose a reference sampleSend the brief and references
Share your model list, shipping country, budget and preferred sample. If no sample matches, describe the colour scheme and intended use.
Approve the quote and 40% deposit
We confirm kit sourcing, painting tier, basing, schedule and shipping rules. The deposit moves the project into sourcing and planning.
Source, assemble and prepare
We source the official kit agreed in the quote, then complete assembly, mould-line removal, priming and any approved conversion preparation.
Paint and review WIP
Progress images arrive at key milestones. Fine Detail currently includes up to three mid-project revision rounds for direction and important details.
Approve final photos and video
Once production is complete, you receive multi-angle images and video to review the finish, details, basing and display condition.
Pay the balance and ship safely
After approval, the remaining balance is paid. We protect the finished model, ship from China and provide tracking information.
Review without guesswork
Make changes at the right moment
WIP review confirms direction while the work can still be adjusted. It is more reliable than waiting until completion and attempting to replace the entire visual plan.

MidReview transitions, lighting, materials and narrative details; Fine Detail includes up to three revisions.
FinalApprove the finished condition through photos and video before balance and shipping.
Pricing & Shipping
Four rules confirmed before production
Catalogue pricing and custom quotes use the same transparent framework. Special kits, conversions or shipping needs are written into the scope before work begins.
Official model kit
Catalogue prices include the corresponding official kit; custom work confirms the source in the quote.
Deposit starts production
After scope and pricing approval, the deposit starts sourcing and scheduling.
Current free-shipping threshold
Orders at or above the current threshold ship under the active shipping policy.
Shipping below the threshold
Orders below $450 currently carry a $75 shipping charge from China.

Read the policiesCan I submit a commission without an account?
Yes. The Contact form accepts a model list, budget and shipping country from guests. An account supports later Client Portal features but is not required to send a brief.
Can I commission the exact specification of a Catalogue sample?
Yes. Use “Request this spec” on a sample detail page and its name, URL, price and painting tier will be carried into the Contact form.
When is the production timeline confirmed?
The quote confirms timing based on model quantity, complexity, the current schedule and destination. No fixed date is promised before the scope is agreed.
How are customs and special shipping needs handled?
Packing and shipping are confirmed with the quote. Destination taxes or special requirements follow the current Policies and local rules.
