Commission sample details
The Warmaster has ascended.
This Horus Ascended commission presents the legendary Primarch as a formidable centrepiece, combining dark, battle-worn armour with rich gold detailing, deep crimson fabric, and a rugged battlefield setting.
The armour is defined by carefully controlled highlights, dark recess shading, and contrasting gold trim. Intricate decorative elements across the chest, shoulders, greaves, and weapons add depth and visual richness while preserving the imposing silhouette of the model.
A defining feature of this piece is the heavy wolf-pelt mantle draped across Horus's shoulders. Layered tones of dark brown, charcoal, and muted bone highlights bring out the texture of the fur, creating a rugged contrast against the more polished armour surfaces.
The crimson cloak introduces a bold secondary colour, with shaded folds and gold edging that frame the figure and reinforce its regal, martial presence. The ornate mace and clawed gauntlet provide additional focal points, combining dark metallic tones with warm highlights and weathered details.
Beneath the Warmaster lies a battlefield scattered with skulls, broken machinery, shattered armour, and debris. Muted turquoise elements and restrained red accents create visual contrast across the base, connecting the environment to the colours of the miniature above.
Every element is designed to work as part of a unified composition: the dark armour establishes weight, the gold detailing draws attention to the sculpted forms, and the crimson cloak creates a striking visual flow through the scene.
Created for collectors and Horus Heresy enthusiasts, this exhibition-level piece is intended to stand out as a centrepiece in a display cabinet or a collection dedicated to the Primarchs.
